RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING THE TOWN 1995 -2000
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
TO INCLUDE $83,600 REGIONAL TRAFFIC SIGNALIZATION/
OPERATIONS PROGRAM ( RTSOP) GRANT FUNDING,
$7,210 AB1600 DEVELOPER FUNDING, AND
$3,690 TRAFFIC MITIGATION FUNDING FOR
RTSOP POST ROUTE 85 TRAFFIC SIGNAL
COORDINATION RE- TIMING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Town Council adopted as the budget for the Town of Los Gatos for fiscal
years 1995 -2000 the schedule entitled, "A Capital Improvement Summary 1995- 2000" Schedule
of Source and Use of Funds on June 5, 1995, and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has considered and reviewed amending the 1995 -00
Capital Improvement Budget and authorizing funding to include $83,000 Regional Traffic
Signalization/Operations Program ( RTSOP) Grant Funding, $7,210 AB1600 Developer Funding,
and $3,690 Traffic Mitigation Funding for RTSOP post Route 85 Traffic Signal Coordination Re-
timing Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of October, 1995 by the following vote:
