RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE TOWN
MANAGER TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER 3 FOR THE AGREEMENT WITH OCS
TECHNOLOGIES, INC. FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT COMPUTER AIDED DISPATCH
(CAD) SOFTWARE AND AUTHORIZING THE SUBSTITUTION OF A HEWLETT
PACKARD LINE PRINTER FOR REDUNDANT SOFTWARE
WHEREAS, the current agreement with OCS Technologies provides for the
purchase of Atlas GIS software, and it has been determined that the OCS False Alarm Billing
software would be of greater benefit to the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, OCS Technologies has agreed to exchange Atlas GIS software
purchased under the original agreement for OCS False Alarm Billing software; and,
WHEREAS, TurboStore software purchased by the Police Department for its
computer system is redundant to other software and is not needed, and that a line printer is
needed; and,
WHEREAS, Hewlett Packard offered to accept the return of TurboStore as credit
toward the purchase of the needed line printer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized, and
is hereby directed, to execute Change Order 3 for the agreement with OCS Technologies, Inc.
attached as Exhibit A in the name and on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Council approves the substitution of
the line printer for the redundant software.

of Los Gatos, California, held on the 6th day of November, 1995 by the following vote:
