RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING 1995 -2000 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
TRANSFERRING $25,000 FROM GAS TAX FUND BALANCE
FOR HERNANDEZ AVENUE RETAINING WALL
WHEREAS:
1. The steep hillside adjacent to the pavement of Hernandez Avenue
(Exhibit A) has began slipping into the street.
2. The Town wishes to correct this problem before it becomes worse.
3. Funds for construction to correct this problem were not included in the
1995 -2000 Capital Improvement Program.
RESOLVED:
A. The 1995 -2000 Capital Improvement Program is hereby amended to
include the Hernandez Avenue Retaining Wall Project
B. The Project shall be funded by Gas Tax Fund Balance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 18th day of December, 1995 by the following vote.
