Pursuant to Chapter 4, Part 3, of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code, the Public Service Easements described in Exhibits A and C, and depicted on Exhibits B and D are vacated upon the recording of a certified copy of this resolution by the Town Clerk with the County Recorder of Santa Clara County. 2. Pursuant to Chapter 4, Part 3, of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code, the Sanitary Sewer Easements described in Exhibit E, and depicted on Exhibit F are vacated upon the recording of the grants of Sanitary Sewer Easements contained in Exhibits G and H, and upon the recording of a certified copy of this resolution by the Town Clerk with the County Recorder of Santa Clara County. 3.
