RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING THE RESOLUTION 1994 -15 REGARDING THE GENERAL PLAN
COMMITTEE

A. Resolution 1994 -15 amended the terms of office of the General Plan Committee
and included the powers of the Committee; and
B. Resolution 1994 -15 is not clear that the public member of the Committee will
continue to serve until such time as a successor is appointed,
RESOLVED:
1. Paragraph 1 of Resolution 1994 -15 is amended to read as follows:
Appointment and terms of office:
The Board of Appeals shall consist of seven (7) members. Three (3) members
shall be members of the Planning Commission, two (2) members shall be
members of the Town Council, one (1) member shall be a member of the
Community Services Commission, and one (1) member shall be a resident of the
Town.
The terms of office of the Committee shall be at the discretion of the Mayor for
Town Council members, the Chair of Planning Commission for Planning
Commission members, and the Chair of the Community Services Commission for
the Community services Commission member. The public member shall be
appointed by the Town Council and shall serve a term of four (4) years and until
such time as a successor is appointed and qualifies.
2. All other terms of Resolution 1994 -15 are unchanged.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the I st day of April, 1996 by the following vote.
