RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF WILLIAM HIRSCHMAN, DEVELOPER,
TRACT 8612 - (LOS GATOS ESTATES, INC.)
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS:
1. On August 1, 1994, Town Council unanimously adopted Resolution 1994 -114. This
resolution approved the final map for Tract 8612 - (Los Gatos Estates, Inc.).
2. William Hirschman, Developer, (Los Gatos Estates, Inc.) has satisfactorily completed
the work on March 22, 1996, and Tract 8612 is now ready for final approval and acceptance by the
Town.
RESOLVED:
A. The work on Tract 8612, (Los Gatos Estates, Inc.) by William Hirschman, Developer,
(Los Gatos Estates, Inc.) is hereby accepted as complete.
B. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of Acceptance
and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A hereto.
C. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of
Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 15th day of April, 1996 by the following vote.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION
TRACT 8612 - (LOS GATOS ESTATES, INC.)
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
We do hereby certify that William Hirschman, Developer, (Los Gatos Estates, Inc.), substantially
completed the work on March 22, 1996 called for in Town Council Resolution 1994-114, which
was approved on August 1, 1994. The work generally consists of the construction of 15 new single
family residences, two new cul -de -sac streets, and frontage improvements along Kennedy Road.
The work was completed on March 22, 1996, and is commonly known as TRACT 8612.
The Surety on the bond accompanying the contract/agreement is the Indemnity Company of
California.

OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION and know the contents thereof. The same
is true of my own knowledge, except as to the matters which are therein alleged on information or
belief, and as to those matters I believe it to be true.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct and that this declaration was
executed on 1996 at Los Gatos, California.
