It appearing to the Board of Directors of the Town of Los Gatos a municipal corporation

qualified to do business in the State of California, that it is desirable and necessary to appoint an agent for this
corporation to act for and in its behalf in the Small Claims Division of the Municipal Court, Santa Clara County
Judicial District, County of Santa Clara, State of California: and it further appearing that
Lee Bowman is a
suitable individual for such appointment.
Now, therefore, be it resolved that, Lee Bowman
be and is hereby appointed to represent and appear for said corporation in the lawful process of any and all claims
filed in said court, for and on behalf of said corporation.
