RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS,
AND AUTHORIZE THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR
PROJECT 9503 - J. W. LYNDON CARRIAGE HOUSE CUPOLA
RESTORATION AND PLACEMENT AT OAK MEADOW PARK
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, to carry out Project 9503 - J. W. Lyndon Carriage House
Cupola Restoration and Placement at Oak Meadow Park, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Building and Engineering Services has presented Plans and
Specifications for Project 9503 - J. W. Lyndon Carriage House Cupola Restoration and Placement
at Oak Meadow Park, and
WHEREAS, that these Plans and Specifications entitled "TOWN OF LOS GATOS
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS - PROJECT 9503 - J. W. LYNDON CARRIAGE HOUSE
CUPOLA RESTORATION AND PLACEMENT AT OAK MEADOW PARK," dated April 8,
1996, on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, are hereby approved; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing
of the work specified in the aforesaid Plans and Specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 6th day of May, 1996 by the following vote:
