RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING THE PARK COMMISSION'S PROCEDURE FOR INTERVIEWING
APPLICANTS FOR STUDENT PARK COMMISSIONER AND MAKING
RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE TOWN COUNCIL
WHEREAS, Town Code § 19.20.015 provides for adoption of procedures by the
Park Commission for recommending Student Park Commissioner appointments; and
WHEREAS, the Town Park Commission has proposed procedures that would be used
to interview applicants for the Student Park Commission seats on the Commission; and
WHEREAS, the proposed procedures will provide an orderly and compassionate
process to recommend applicants to the Town Council for appointment,
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, that the Park
Commission's proposed procedures for interview and recommendation for appointments of
Student Park Commissioners contained in Exhibit A hereto are approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 15th day of July, 1996 by the following vote:
