RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING 1996 -01 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
TRANSFERRING $186,000 FROM
UTILITY UNDERGROUNDING TAX FUND BALANCE FOR
PROJECT 9612 - BLOSSOM HILL ROAD /UNION AVENUE UNDERGROUNDING
WHEREAS,
1. The proposed eight lot subdivision at Blossom Hill Road /Union Avenue
intersection shall have underground utilities.
2. The Town wishes to eliminate heavy concentration of overhead utilities in
the public right -of -way.
3. Funds for this project were not included in the 1996 -01 Capital
Improvement Program.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
A. The 1996 -01 Capital Improvement Program is hereby amended to include
Project 9612 - Blossom Hill Road /Union Avenue Utility Undergrounding
Project.
B. This Project shall be funded by Utility Undergrounding Tax Fund Balance.
This decision constitutes a final administrative decision pursuant to Code of Civil
Procedure section 1094.6 as adopted by section 1.10.085 of the Town Code of the Town of Los
Gatos. Any application for judicial relief from this decision must be sought within the time limits
and pursuant to the procedures established by Code of Civil Procedure section 1094.6, or such
shorter time as required by state or federal law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 3rd day of September, 1996 by the following vote:
