APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PROJECT 9616 STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM CAPE SEAL
WHEREAS: The Director of Building and Engineering Services has presented Plans and
Specifications for Project 9616 - Street Resurfacing Program Cape Seal.
RESOLVED: The Plans and Specifications for Project 9616 - Street Resurfacing Program
Cape Seal are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 3rd day of September, 1996 by the following vote.
