RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS APPROVING PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS ON FILE IN THE TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE
FOR PROJECT -9610 TREE PRUNING AND REMOVAL
WHEREAS, structural pruning and deadwooding trees is required to protect the public
safety, and
WHEREAS, staff has determined locations of trees requiring pruning and removals.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
to approve Plans and Specifications on file in the Town Clerk's Office for Project 9610 Tree
Pruning and Removal.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of September, 1996 by the following vote.
