RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF DALE M. DRUMM, DEVELOPER,
(DMD DEVELOPMENT) 14490 AND 14494 OKA ROAD
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS:
1. The Development Review Committee approved the final map for 14490 and 14494 Oka
2. Dale M. Drumm, Developer, (DMD Development, Inc.) has satisfactorily completed the
work on July 24, 1996, and the development is now ready for final approval and acceptance by the
Town.
RESOLVED:
A. The work on 14490 and 14494 Oka Road by Dale M. Drumm, Developer, (DMD
Development, Inc.) is hereby accepted as complete.
B. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of Acceptance
and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A hereto.
C. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of
Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of September, 1996 by the following vote.

We do hereby certify that Dale M. Drumm, Developer, (DMD Development, Inc.) substantially
completed the work on July 24, 1996. The work generally consists of the construction of a 2 -Lot
Subdivision.
The work was completed on July 24, 1996, and is commonly known as 14490 and 14494 Oka
Road.
The Surety on the bond accompanying the contract /agreement is the Mutual Service Insurance.
