RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
TRANSFERRING $125,000 FROM ROAD IMPACT FUND
FOR STREET REPAIRS
WHEREAS, northern portion of Los Gatos Boulevard and Blossom Hill Road
require repair,
WHEREAS, Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services line item accounts have
been depleted by extensive repairs already completed this year.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, funds shall be transferred from the Road
Impact Fund to allow for further street repairs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 4th day of November, 1996 by the following vote:
