RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS APPROVING PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT 473CHI85 - PHASE II
POLLARD ROAD LANDSCAPING
WHEREAS, in 1990 freeway agreements for Highway 85 were approved, and conceptual
landscaping for local streets was a part of this approval, and
WHEREAS, staff determined it would be better for the Town to execute landscaping on
Town streets rather than the Traffic Authority, and
WHEREAS, the Council authorized the Town Manager to execute Route 85 Landscape
Maintenance Agreements with the Traffic Authority on September 6, 1995, and
WHEREAS, staff has completed design of landscaping and irrigation plans for slopes and
medians on Pollard Road.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos to
approve Plans and Specifications for Project 473CHI85 - Phase II Pollard Road Landscaping,
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 4th day of November, 1996 by the following vote.
