RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH
LOS GATOS UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT
FOR CROSSING GUARD SERVICES
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town enter into a third amendment to agreement (attached
hereto) with Los Gatos Union School District for crossing guard services, and that the Town
Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said third amendment to agreement in
the name and on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 18th day of November, 1996 by the following vote:

ADDENDUM NO. 3 TO SCHOOL CROSSING "4
GUARD AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS AND THE LOS GATOS UNION
SCHOOL DISTRICT
This Addendum No. 3 is entered into on the day of ,
1994, by and between the town of Los Gatos, hereinafter "Town" and the Los Gatos Union
School District, hereinafter "District ".
This Addendum No. 3 is intended to and does extend the term of the School Crossing
Guard Agreement between the parties dated October 4, 1993, hereinafter "Agreement ".
The original term of the Agreement was from September 1, 1993 to August 31, 1994.
Addendum No. 1 extended the term of the Agreement to August 31, 1995.
Addendum No. 2 extended the term of the Agreement to August 31, 1996.
The term of the Agreement is hereby extended to August 31, 1997.
Except as expressly modified in this Addendum, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement remain in full force and effect.
