RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS INC.
FOR HVAC CONTRACTUAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos advertised and received one competitive bid for
contractual HVAC services; and
WHEREAS, responsible bidder Environmental Systems Inc. has maintained Town
owned facilities in an acceptable manner since October 1, 1990.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, County of Santa Clark, State of California, that the Town of Los Gates enter into a
agreement beginning on May 1, 1997 and ending on April 30, 1999 with Environmental Systems
Inc. for HVAC contractual services, and that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby
directed, to execute said agreement in the name and on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gates, California, held on the 21st day of April, 1997 by the following vote:
