RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS,
AND AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR
PROJECT 9615 - BI- ANNUAL STREET RESURFACING
WHEREAS, the Town Council adopted as the budget for the Town of Los Gatos for
fiscal years 1996 -2001 the schedule entitled "A Capital Improvement Summary 1996 - 2001"
Schedule of Source and Use of funds on June 3, 1996, and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, to carry out Project #9615 - Bi- Annual Street Resurfacing; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Building and Engineering Services has presented Plans and
Specifications for Project 9615 - Bi- Annual Street Resurfacing; and
WHEREAS, that these Plans and Specifications entitled "TOWN OF LOS GATOS
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS - PROJECT #9615 - BI- ANNUAL STREET
RESURFACING ", dated April 21, 1997, on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, are hereby
approved; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing
of the work specified in the aforesaid Plans and Specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 21st day of April, 1997 by the following vote:
