RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO EXTEND CONTRACT WITH WILLIS
CORROON FOR THREE YEARS FOR THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATION OF THE
TOWN'S WORKERS' COMPENSATION PROGRAM
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos authorize the Town Manager to extend the
contract with Willis Corroon for three years for third party administration of the Town's Workers'
Compensation Program as proposed in attached letters dated June 5, 1997 and June 11, 1997.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 16th day June, 1997 by the following vote:
