RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS APPROVING PLANS FOR
PROJECT 475POAK - PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AND ADA UPGRADES
WHEREAS, the playground equipment at Oak Meadow Park requires replacing and the
park requires Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades, and
WHEREAS, staff has developed plans for playground renovation and ADA upgrades
(Project 475OAK), a copy of which is on file with the office of the Town Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
to approve Plans for Project 475POAK - Playground Equipment and ADA upgrades.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 7th day of July, 1997 by the following vote.
