RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN
A QUITCLAIM DEED FOR RIGHT -OF -WAY EASEMENT
AT 742 UNIVERSITY AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos has no right, title or interest in that certain
right -of -way easement located at 742 University Avenue and further described and shown on the
attached Exhibits A and B; and that the Mayor is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute
the attached Quitclaim Deed (Exhibit C) on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 20`h day
of October, 1997, by the following vote:
