RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF DEVCON CONSTRUCTION, INC.
14700 OKA ROAD
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS:
1. The Development Review Committee approved the final map for 14700 Oka Road.
2. Devcon Construction, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the work in September, 1997,
and the development is now ready for final approval and acceptance by the Town.
RESOLVED:
A. The work on 14700 Oka Road by Devcon Construction, Inc. is hereby accepted as
complete.
B. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of
Acceptance and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A hereto.
C. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of
Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the I st day of December, 1997 by the following vote.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
We do hereby certify that Devcon Contruction, Inc. substantially completed the work in September,
1997. The work consists of the construction of curb, gutter and storm drain improvements. In
addition, an electrolier was installed.
The work was completed in September, 1997, and is commonly known as 14700 Oka Road.
The Surety on the bond accompanying the contract /agreement is the Indemnity Company of
California.

OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION and know the contents thereof. The same
is true of my own knowledge, except as to the matters which are therein alleged on information or
belief, and as to those matters I believe it to be true.
I declare under penalty of pe{jury that the foregoing is true and correct and that this declaration was
