RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
TO AUTHORIZE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT WITH TRACTOR
EQUIPMENT SALES FOR PURCHASE OF ONE (1) NEW 1997 LOADER SCRAPER
WHEREAS, the 1997/98 adopted operating budget (Equipment Replacement Fund)
provides for purchase of a new loader scraper; and
WHEREAS, the Town advertised and received two competitive bids from Tractor
Equipment Sales, and Empire Equipment Company; and
WHEREAS, Western Traction Company bid was incomplete and rejected.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized to execute the
attached agreements with Tractor Equipment Sales for purchase of one (1) new 1997 Loader
Scraper.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 15th day of December, 1997 by the following vote:
