> Dear Mayor Spector and other Council Members:
One, I suggest consideration be given to making N. Santa Cruz Ave. one -way in a southbound direction.
Two, such a change would focus users of the downtown on the amazing views that extend in the southbound
direction.
extend
Three, making N. Santa Cruz Ave. one -way would allow for greater and safer bike and foot traffic. We could
out sidewalks and have more open -air dining.
Four, diverting northbound traffic off Highway 17 to Main St. and University Ave. would help downtown
businesses on those streets.
