RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
RTSOP SIGNAL COORDINATION AND RE -TIMING
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, to carry out RTSOP signal coordination and re- timing, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Building and Engineering Services has presented Plans
and Specifications for RTSOP signal coordination and re- timing, and
WHEREAS, that these Plans and Specifications entitled "TOWN OF LOS GATOS
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS - FEDERAL PROJECT NO. CML- 5067(002) WWV
RECEIVER INSTALLATIONS AND CONTROLLER UPGRADES ", dated October 7, 1997,
on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, are hereby approved; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the
doing of the work specified in the aforesaid Plans and Specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 20th of January, 1998 by the following vote:
