RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH XEROX CORPORATION FOR THE PURCHASE OF A
COPIER AND FAX MACHINE
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to purchase a copier and a fax machine to replace those in the
Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Xerox Corporation has an agreement with the County of Los Angeles that
allows pricing offered to the County of Los Angeles to be used by all political subdivisions within the
State of California, as authorized by Section 6500 of the California Government Code; and,
WHEREAS, Xerox Corporation has offered the pricing to the Town of Los Gatos; and,
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to enter into an agreement with the Xerox Corporation, forthe
purchase of a copier and fax machine,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
that the Town Manager is authorized to execute an agreement with Xerox Corporation to purchase
a copier and a fax machine.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 6th day of April, 1998 by the following vote:
