RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
REBUDGETING AND ACCELERATING
THE OAK MEADOW PARK RETAINING WALL PROJECT
FOUND IN THE 1997 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM ESTABLISHING A $12,000 EXPENDITURE BUDGET
FROM FUND BALANCE (STORM BASIN #2)
WHEREAS, the Town Council adopted as the budget for the Town of Los Gatos for
fiscal years 1997 -98 the schedule entitled "A Capital Improvement Summary 1997- 2002"
Schedule of Source and Use of funds on June 2, 1997, and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has considered and reviewed rebudgeting and
accelerating the Oak Meadow Park Retaining Wall Project found in the 1997 -2002 Capital
Improvement Budget establishing a $12,000 expenditure budget from fund balance (Storm Basin
#2).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 20th day of April, 1998 by the following vote.
