RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADES OF
LIBRARY RESTROOMS AND BLOSSOM HILL PARK FACILITIES
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, to carry out ADA accessibility upgrades of library
restrooms and Blossom Hill Park facilities, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Public Works has presented Plans and
Specifications for Project #9708 and #9801 - ADA Accessibility Upgrades and of Library
Restrooms and Blossom Hill Park Facilities,
WHEREAS, that these Plans and Specifications entitled "TOWN OF LOS GATOS
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS - PROJECT #9708 (AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES
ACT ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADES OF LIBRARY RESTROOMS) AND PROJECT #9801
(AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADES OF BLOSSOM
HILL PARK FACILITIES), dated 1998, on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, are hereby
approved; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing
of the work specified in the aforesaid Plans and Specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 20th day of April, 1998 by the following vote:
