RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS RESCINDING RESOLUTION 1990 -155
AND RESTATING THE EXISTING FEE SCHEDULE FOR PERMITS,
INSPECTIONS AND SERVICES RELATED TO THE
TOWN FIRE PREVENTION CODE
WHEREAS, the Town Council adopted Resolution 1990 -155 on July 16, 1990 establishing
a fee schedule for permits, inspections and services related to the Town Fire Prevention Code; and,
WHEREAS, the Town has designated Santa Clara County Central Fire Protection District
to administer the Town's fire prevention regulations set forth in Article II of Chapter 9 of the Town
Code; and,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, that
Resolution 1990 -155 is hereby rescinded.
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
that the following fee schedule, established in Resolution 1990 -155, for permits, inspections and
services related to the enforcement of the Town Code fire prevention regulations and such fees shall
continue to be paid to Central Fire District:
ONE TIME FEES
Permits for fire hydrant systems, fire extinguishing systems, fire alarm
systems shall be charged as outlined in Chapter 3 of the Uniform Building
Code. Second and additional reinspections (each).

Job site Consultation as determined by the Fire Chief (per man hour / one
hour minimum).

Gatos, California, held on the 4th day of May, 1998 by the following vote.
