RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF GREENBRIAR SARATOGA ROAD COMPANY
TRACT 8899 - THE BELLGROVE SUBDIVISION
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS:
1. On Januay 6, 1997, Town Council adopted Resolution No. 97 -2. This resolution
approved the final map for Tract 8899.
2. The Greenbriar Saratoga Road Company has satisfactorily completed the work in
April of 1998, and the development is now ready for final approval and acceptance by the Town.
RESOLVED:
A. The work on Tract 8899 The Bellgrove Subdivision by Greenbriar Saratoga Road
Company is hereby accepted as complete.
B. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of
Acceptance and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A hereto.
C. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of
Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 18th day of May, 1998 by the following vote.

We do hereby certify that Greenbriar Saratoga Road Company substantially completed the work in
April of 1998. The work generally consists of the construction of Tract 8899, commonly known as
The Bellgrove Subdivision in the TOWN OF LOS GATOS, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, and was completed, approved, and accepted.
The Surety on the bond accompanying the contract/agreement is Developers Insurance Company.
