RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
CONTINUING CERTAIN DEPARTMENTAL SERVICE FEES, RATES AND CHARGES;
AMENDING CERTAIN FEES, RATES AND CHARGES; AND ADDING CERTAIN FEES,
RATES AND CHARGES
RESOLVED, that the Planning Department Initial Study and Architecture and Site fees
be revised and a Demolition Only fee be established, the Community Services Neighborhood
Center Resident Non - Profit Fee Discount be revised, and General Administration Passport
Acceptance Fee and Expedited Mailing fee be established as reflected in Exhibit "A" to this
resolution.
RESOLVED, that those other fees previously stated in Resolution No. 1996 -67 which
are currently in effect and are not revised by this resolution will continue and remain in effect
without interruption.
RESOLVED, that those Planning fees, Community Services fees, and General
Administration fees that are being changed or established will be effective July 1, 1998.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 18th day of May, 1998 by the following vote:
