RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR PROJECT 9806 -OAK HILL PLAYGROUND RENOVATION
AND AUTHORIZE THE TOWN MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH C.B. CONSTRUCTION
TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $16,000
WHEREAS, Specifications were developed by staff in conformance with the
Americans With Disabilities Act, and
WHEREAS, Bids were sought in conformance with State and Town law, and C.B.
Construction was the lowest responsible bidder.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
to approve Specifications for Project 9806 Oakhill Playground Renovation, and authorize the Town
Manager to execute an agreement with C.B. Construction for Project 9806- Oak Hill Playground
Renovation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 1 st day of June, 1998, by the following vote.
