RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR PROJECT 9817 - POLICE DEPARTMENT RENOVATIONS
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, to carry out Project 9817 - Police Department Renovations,
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Public Works has presented plans and
specifications for Project 9817- Police Department Renovations, and
WHEREAS, that these plans and specifications entitled 'PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS - PROJECT 99817 POLICE DEPARTMENT RENOVATIONS" dated
June 30, 1998, on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, are satisfactory.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications entitled 'PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS - PROJECT #9817 POLICE DEPARTMENT RENOVATIONS" are
hereby approved.
THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: This decision constitutes a final
administrative decision pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 1094.6 as adopted by section
1.10.085 of the Town Code of the Town of Los Gatos. Any application for judicial relief from
this decision must be sought within the time limits and pursuant to the procedures established by
Code of Civil Procedure section 1094.6, or such shorter time as required by state or federal law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 1 st day of June, 1998 by the following vote:
