RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION
AND CLASSIFICATIONS FOR FISCAL YEARS 1998 -99 AND 1999 -2000
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the confidential employee classifications be amended effective July 1,
1998 through June 30, 2000 as presented in Exhibit A. Be it further resolved, that the Confidential
employees receive the compensation and benefit adjustments as presented in the 1998 -2000
Memorandum of Understanding between the Town of Los Gatos and the Town Employee's
Association.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 15th day of June, 1998 by the following vote:
