RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT 9909
ANNUAL SIDEWALK, CURB AND GUTTER RECONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, to carry out Project #9909 -- Annual Sidewalk, Curb
and Gutter Reconstruction, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Public Works has presented Plans and
Specifications for Project #9909 -- Annual Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Reconstruction,
WHEREAS, that these Plans and Specifications entitled "TOWN OF LOS GATOS
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS - PROJECT 49909 -- ANNUAL SIDEWALK, CURB AND
GUTTER RECONSTRUCTION dated May 13, 1998, on file in the Office of the Town Clerk,
are hereby approved; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing
of the work specified in the aforesaid Plans and Specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 15th day of June, 1998 by the following vote:
