RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF LANDMARK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
TRACT 8820 - BELLA VISTA VILLAGE - PHASE I
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS:
1. On November 6, 1995, Town Council approved Ordinance 2005 amending Ordinance
1.279 relating to the development of property located at 371 Bella Vista. This resolution
approved the final map for Tract 8820.
2. Landmark Development Company has satisfactorily completed the work in February,
1998, and the development is now ready for final approval and acceptance by the Town.
RESOLVED:
A. The work on Tract 8820 Bella Vista Village - Phase I by Landmark Development
Company is hereby accepted as complete.
B. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of
Acceptance and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A hereto.
C. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of
Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 15th day of June, 1998 by the following vote.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
We do hereby certify that Landmark Development Company substantially completed the work in
February of 1998. The work generally consists of the construction of Tract 8820, commonly known
as Bella Vista Village - Phase I in the TOWN OF LOS GATOS, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, and was completed, approved, and accepted.
The Surety on the bond accompanying the contract/agreement is Reliance National Indemnity
Company.

belief, and as to those matters I believe it to be true.
