1998-102-Approving Plans And Equipment Purchase For Project 473CEOC-Emergency Operations CenterRESOLUTION 1998 - 102 RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS APPROVING PLANS AND EQUIPMENT PURCHASE FOR PROJECT 473CEOC - EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, to carry out Project 473CEOC - Emergency Operations Center; and, WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has presented plans and equipment needs for Project 473CEOC - Emergency Operations Center, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the 'PLANS AND EQUIPMENT NEEDS - PROJECT 473CEOC" Emergency Operations Section are hereby approved and the Town Manager is authorized to purchase the required equipment. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the budget adjustment decreasing FY 1997 -98 Account #4473 -85046 by $39,540, increasing FY 1998 -99 Account #4473 -85046 by $39,540, and revising project expenses is approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: This decision constitutes a final administrative decision pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 1094.6 as adopted by section 1. 10.085 of the Town Code of the Town of Los Gatos. Any application for judicial relief from this decision must be sought within the time limits and pursuant to the procedures established by Code of Civil Procedure section 1094.6, or such shorter time as required by state or federal law.
