RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE INCREASE IN REVENUE (400 - 45117) AND EXPENDITURE
BUDGET (4400 - 78020) IN FUND 400 FROM $0 TO $225,000, AND ESTABLISH $225,000
PROJECT BUDGET (400G9921)
WHEREAS, Town of Los Gatos supports the Clean Air Plan of 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Condition Use Permit allows for fueling of Town vehicles at the
Service Center; and
WHEREAS, additions to Service Center Fueling system is considered an
improvement to current infra - structure; and
WHEREAS, the Town's growing fleet of Alternative Clean Air Vehicles needs a
convenient place to be fueled; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized to
increase revenue in account ( #400 - 45117) and expenditure budget account ( #4400 - 78020) in fund
400 from $0 to $225,000, and establish $225,000 project budget in account ( #400G9921).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 6th day of July, 1998 by the following vote:
