RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS t
CHANGING TIME LIMITS ON
SOUTH SANTA CRUZ AVENUE (ADJACENT TO THE PLAZA PARK)
FROM TWENTY MINUTES TO TWO HOURS
WHEREAS, parking is at a premium, and
WHEREAS, the Parking Commission has determined the area would be better served by
increased parking time limits, and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos to change
the time limits on south Santa Cruz Avenue (adjacent to the Plaza Park) from twenty minutes to
two hours, as shown on map attached as (Exhibit A).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that this time limited parking resolution is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California held on the 3rd day of August, 1998, by the following vote:
