1998-135-Establishing An Approved Environmental Impact Report Consultants ListI �Y � ll11J I 1 I [ � ] ► i LiI 1 � [c 7 d RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ESTABLISHING AN APPROVED ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT CONSULTANTS LIST RESOLVED, that due to the uniqueness and special characteristics of environmental consulting in that qualifications, experience and expert knowledge of the California Environmental Quality Act need to be verified, it would be advantageous to establish a list of qualified environmental consulting firms that are capable of preparing Environmental Impact Reports for projects within the Sphere of Influence Boundaries. RESOLVED, by the Town Council that the Planning Director is authorized to compile a list of Town approved environmental consulting firms for the preparation of Environmental Impact Reports, and that the Planning Director is empowered to periodically update this list as needed. RESOLVED, by the Town Council that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS shall use this prepared list in the solicitation of Request for Proposal (RFP's) for the preparation of Environmental Impact Reports that are not prepared by the Town's Primary or Alternate Environmental Consultants.
