RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A AGREEMENT
WITH LOOMIS, FARGO & CO
FOR SERVICE TO PICK UP AND RECEIVE
SECURELY SEALED OR LOCKED SHIPMENTS
WHEREAS, the Town desires to obtain services to pick up and receive securely sealed or
locked shipments,
WHEREAS, the Town entered into such agreement with Loomis, Fargo & Co in 1992
for the same service,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized to execute an
agreement with Loomis, Fargo & Co to obtain services to pick up and receive securely sealed or
locked shipments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 8th day of September, 1998 by the following vote:
