RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING RESOLUTION 1992 -128
EXTENDING THE PARKING LIMITS OF
ALMOND GROVE PREFERENTIAL PARKING DISTRICT ON TAIT AVENUE
BETWEEN ALMENDRA AVENUE AND LOS GATOS - SARATOGA ROAD
WHEREAS, the Parking Commission has reviewed the matter
WHEREAS, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that Paragraph I of Section I of the preferential parking district regulations
for the Almond Grove District adopted in Resolution 1992 -128 be amended to read as follows:
Tait Avenue, between Almendra Avenue and Los Gatos - Saratoga Road
WHEREAS, all remaining portions of Resolution 1992 -128 shall remain unamended and
in full force and effect.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that this parking resolution is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California held on the 21 st day of September, 1998, by the following vote:
