RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT 9916
SIGNAL AT KNOWLES AND CAPRI
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, to carry out Project No. 9916 - Signal at Knowles and
Capri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Public Works has presented Plans and
Specifications for Project No. 9916 - Signal at Knowles and Capri.
WHEREAS, that these Plans and Specifications entitled "TOWN OF LOS GATOS
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS - PROJECT NO. 9916 - SIGNAL AT KNOWLES AND
CAPRI" dated October 5, 1998, on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, are hereby approved; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing
of the work specified in the aforesaid Plans and Specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 5th day of October, 1998 by the following vote:
