RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS APPROVING
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT 9926 -LOS GATOS CREEK TRAIL
RENOVATION AND AUTHORIZE THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH RE -NEW SEALERS INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $33,979
WHEREAS, specifications were developed by staff to repair, resurface and restripe the
Los Gatos Creek Trail, and
WHEREAS, Plans and specifications are available for review at the Clerk's counter
during normal buiness hours.
WHEREAS, bids were sought in conformance with State and Town law, and Re -New
Sealers Inc. was the responsible bidder.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
to approve Specifications for Project 9926 -Los Gatos Creek Renovation and authorize the Town
Manager to execute an agreement with Re -New Sealers Inc.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 19th day of October, 1998 by the following vote.
COUNCIL MEMBERS:
AYES: Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Jan Hutchins,
Mayor Linda Lubeck.
