RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1992 -128
PROHIBITING PARKING EXCEPT BY PERMIT ON EDELEN AVENUE, MILES
AVENUE, MULLEN AVENUE, BENTLEY AVENUE, UNIVERSITY AVENUE

WHEREAS, the Town Council heard this matter on October 5, 1998 in regular
WHEREAS, the Town Council finds that providing parking permits for commercial
properties is appropriate.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That resolution no. 1992 -128 shall be
amended by adding a new Section 2. (d) to read as follows:
d. Lawful commercial business operators within the preferential parking zone are
entitled to three "daytime only" visitor parking permits. Daytime hours are defined as 6:00 a.m.
to 6:00 p.m. daily.
The remainder of Resolution No. 1992 -128 shall remain unchanged.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 19th day of October, 1998 by the following vote:
