RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING REQUEST TO ADD AYALA COURTS, HEINTZ COURT,
RAMOHS WAY, REGENT DRIVE, AND REGENT COURT TO
THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS OFFICIAL HISTORIC
STREET NAME LIST
WHEREAS, SummerHill Homes has requested that additional historic names be added to
the Town's Official Street Name list for the use in the approved planned development on Blossom
Hill Road; and,
WHEREAS, the names are historically associated with the area in which they will be
used; and,
WHEREAS, the current address of the property is 14734 Blossom Hill Road, identified
by the Assesor as APN 527 -19 and 20 -1 through 7; and,
WHEREASE, the County Communications has approved the requested street names;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, after being fully
advised, herebby approves the addition of Ayala Court, Heintz Court, Ramohs Way, Regent Drive
and Regent Court to the Town's Official Street Name List;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to add Ayala Court, Heintz Court, Ramohs Way, Regent Drive and Regent Court to the Town's
Official Historic Street Name list.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos this 19th day of October, 1998, by the following votes:
