AMENDING APPENDIX A OF THE MANAGEMENT COMPENSATION PLAN
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998 -99
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that Appendix A of the Management Compensation Plan for Fiscal Year 1998-
99 (a copy of which is attached hereto) is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 2nd day of November, 1998 by the following vote:
