RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ON FILE IN THE TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE
FOR PROJECT 9933 LA RINCONADA PARK PLAYGROUND RENOVATION
WHEREAS, the playground at La Rinconada Park does not meet Consumer Product
Safety Commission Guidelines and Americans with Disabilities Act requirements, and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications were developed by staff to renovate the
playground at La Rinconada Park.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: by the Town of Los Gates to approve Plans
and Specifications for Project 9933 - La Rinconada Park Playground Renovation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of November, 1998 by the following vote:
