RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO DECREASE ACCOUNT NO. 4475 -86716 PROJECT #9806 -
OAKHILL PLAYGROUND RENOVATION AND INCREASE ACCOUNT NO. 4475 -85717
TO REPLACE THE AIRPLANE RIDER AT HOWES PARK PLAYGOUND.
WHEREAS, the playground at Oakhill playground was completed on October 21, 1998
with a balance of $7,300.00, and
WHEREAS, the Airplane Rider at Howes Park Playground was removed from the
playground by unknown persons,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVED by the Town council of the Town of Los Gatos to
authorize the Town Manager to decrease Account No. 4475- 86716, Project 9806 - Oakhill
Playground Renovation and increase Account No. 4475 -85717 to replace the airplane rider at
Howes Park Playground.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of November, 1998, by the following vote:
