RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
TO AUTHORIZE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES, INC. FOR PROJECT 9927 -
TREE PRUNING AND REMOVAL IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $45,940.
WHEREAS, on October 5,1998 Town Council approved plans and specifications for
Project 9927 -Tree Pruning and Removal, and
WHEREAS, bids were sought in conformance with State and Town law, and
Corporate and Commercial Services, Inc. was the lowest responsible bidder.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
to authorize Town Manager to execute an agreement with Corporate and Commercial Services
Inc., for Project 9927 -Tree Pruning and Removal.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 7th day of December, 1999 by the following vote.
